“Seriously, the whole zero drop concept is absolute crap!”

Injury and ShoesCo-host Liz Garrett and I connect tonight via Skype to discuss our latest personal adventures, advice for mitigating injury, and athletic sustainability.

In talking about injury prevention, we review three gimmicks, one dating back to the 90’s.  I also go on a rather lengthy rant about the Altra shoe movement, a popular manufacturer that, at least for now, appears to be declining in popularity.  Oh, did I mention the ever tawdry “Vibram” minimalist foot wear?  Yup! They are still around!

As always, Liz and I strive to have fun while also providing guidance based on our experience as runners.  We hope you enjoy!
