“Experiencing a motivation low? Catch a Vancouver Autumn and focus on your senses.”

Fall is a Time of Reflection

In celebration of October and the overwhelming beauty of another Vancouver Autumn, I did a relaxed 21k this morning around the Stanley Park Seawall.  Wow, what a beautiful morning!

Summer is a time to pick up the pace.  Fall is the time to mindfully breathe in our accomplishments and look forward the upcoming cozy, slow-paced, darker days.  Fall is the most amazing time of year for running, a time to force yourself out the door on cold dry Fall colour saturated mornings, in celebration of the peaceful morning light.

Images of an Amazing Vancouver Autumn

Following is a collection of pictures I captured this morning in celebration of the warmth Fall brings to my heart.  I am lucky to live in a place with four distinct season; Fall is my absolute favorite.  I edited the images in such a way to convey the motions that this time of year elicits.

Cheers to you all!
