“Welcome to the Svelte Yeti Podcast! This is going to be a blast!”

In our first episode I describe future topics, target audience, philosophy, and show format as an introduction to this exciting project.

We seek to provide a venue for listeners that are invested in transformation through radical lifestyle change.  Specifically, we promote excellence through athletics and plant-based living.  The Svelte Yeti Podcast is home to all listeners regardless of where they are at on their journey of transformation.

Future episodes will cover a variety of topics including, marathon training strategy, plant-based living, biopsychosocial aspects of transformation, and the ethics of diet, to name a few.  We reach out to our listeners and readers of the Svelte Yeti Website for feedback about topics of interest and your reaction to published episodes.  In the end, it is you who will drive our content.

The Svelte Yeti Podcast is for all listeners invested in self-improvement and radical transformation who are seeking to improve self-efficacy.  You already know that you have the tools to design the life you want.  We are here to encourage the implementation of an enduring strategy for a lifelong commitment to health.
