I started training for the BMO Vancouver Marathon during the first week of August, 2015. Starting in January, about 16 weeks ago, my workouts became much more focused, targeting a solid weekly distance base buildup.
After more than 1200k on the road, 145 hours on the roads and trails, and 40lbs of weight loss, I am finally ready to complete my first marathon. 🙂
