Following is my video training log for January, 2016 in preparation for the BMO Vancouver Marathon. I describe the mental challenge of marathon training, dealing with cold wet running days, and the importance of keeping a positive mental attitude throughout the season.
There are only a few short weeks in a marathon training cycle. Staying on your mental game is essential. Failure to do so can result in dropping out.
