Live Well and Thrive
Becoming plant-based focused is one of the best decisions I have ever made as a long distance runner. I feel lighter, healthier, with better mental focus compared to my life before. I have learned that is is less about what you can’t have, and more about what you can. Plant-based living is about thriving.
