“September – Training at seasons change.”
I have developed my marathon training plan, a plan taking me to my first marathon event in May of 2016. With more than eight moths to prepare, I am confident that I will be successful. However, understanding that marathon training is a journey, it will be interesting to evaluate how I feel month-to-month.
